At the moment, I am thrilled about SWA or Supreme Wealth Alliance Ultimate. I am still a newbie in this group yet I have high hopes in the network marketing business program especially that I have already earned quite a few dollars just by recruiting my friends on facebook.

MayThink & Grow Rich Review

Created by Napoleon Hill, Think & Grow Rich has become a very phenomenal book. He was then commissioned by a guy named Andrew Carnegie, who happened to be one of the richest guys in the world that time. It took him roughly 25 years of constant research & interviews with myriads of millionaires all across the globe just to acheive this feat.
The book is said to teach its readers the step-by-step formula in making money in 13 simple steps! And the shortest and most effective one? It is for you to have a DEFINITIVE goal in life! Here are simple tips on how to effective use the book (in my opinion):> Bear in mind that this book is NOT and will NEVER be a novel! It is a textbook with a purpose to help people acheive the success they want in life.> It is not meant to be read all at once. It is to be studied carefully, no more than 1 chapter per day. Underline sentences that made an impact on you and go back to the other lines and read them again.> Rather than just reading this book, you need to absorb its contents and make it your own. Meditate and apply the concepts. As I review on this book, I would like to point out that the author, Napoleon Hill dealt with some major blows in his lifetime. Issues like: courage, contentment, finding hope and a peace of mind. This book truly deals with pure facts whether you agree or not, not on fiction.I firmly believe that this is a MUST read for anyone who would want to succeed in their chosen field.I leave you with words that Napoleon left an impact on me:“If you think you are beaten you are,If you think you dare not, you don’t.If you like to win, but you think you can’t,It is almost certain you won’t.If you think you’ll lose, you’re lostfor out of the world we find,Success begins with your will—-It’s all in the state of mind.If you think you are outclassed; you are,You’ve got to think high to rise. You’ve got to be sure of yourself beforeYou can ever win the prize.Life’s battles don’t always goTo the stronger or faster person,But sooner or latter the one who winsis the one who THINKS HE CAN!”“Edison failed 10, 000 times before he made the electric light. Do not be discouraged if you fail a few times.”Until next time! :D -

DecThe other family [F-R-I-E-N-D-S]
With every trial that each one of us is going through, having trusted friends around is the greatest blessing one could ever think of. This entry is my way of appreciation to the best people around me who stuck with me through thick and thin. I have lots of friends SOBRA, some have disappointed and hurt me, but these people stand out among the rest because I have done the worst in the land and they still embrace me with so much respect. They are the people I know will never turn their backs on me the moment I tap them. I am so so proud and grateful for them. :)
Here we go!

Mark Y. Montecino - My gimik buddy. Or so I thought. Hehe. Mcoy is my constant gimik buddy and I love having him around ‘coz he is the life of the party. I used to think that that’s all he’ll ever be to me, it did not took me long to realize that he’s a lot more than just that. He’s a very madaldal person but I have confided in him secrets that I know he’ll carry to his grave. What I love about him is he always know how to kill an awkward moment especially when he feels that I’m starting to feel uncomfortable every time people are grilling me about something. And for that I’m grateful.

Brenda G. Gabriel - She’s the epitome of what you call a TRUSTED FRIEND. She is never plastic, tells you right as it is, and a really really bubbly person too. I love talking to her all the time because she always makes me feel good about myself even though I have done something awful. She knows most of the trials that have come my way this year and she never gets tired listening to my woes.

Paula Kimmy Carreon - I met Kimmy back in my PS days more than 3 years ago. I admit I’m a bit shy when I joined our team back then but Mimay was the one who made me feel welcome along with Kuya Abet, our supah cool “kuya.” Since then we’ve become inseparable; she’s one of those friends you would totally love to have because she never fails to make you laugh every single day you’re with her! We rarely see each other now because both of us have different careers already and seas apart but it never stopped us from communicating every once in a while to check how each one is doing. Our friendship is really EPIC. I love her to the bone.
Abigail P. Dominise - And lastly, here’s Abi. He’s my hubby, my confidante, my personal shock absorber, my best friend. We used to have a lot of misunderstandings before but I guess our maturity knew better than that now. I can’t imagine my life without him– he knows me to the bone. I am grateful to God that he is my other half, but more so, I am grateful that he is the brother of my siblings in law who I grew to love as well. He looks out for me because he knows that I have the tendency to encounter a lot of unfortunate events, LOL. Every friend of mine can vanish BUT him.
Having these guys around is enough reason for me to feel truly blessed. Do you have friends whom you’re confident that will never turn your back on you too? Feels so good right? :)
Well, I still have other people to add on to here when I have the time that I need to complete this list. ;p

Sephappily married for life

“…Do you know what?”“What?”He stares into my eyes with a look that only I am privileged to see, “I LOVE YOU.“A smile breaks across my face. We squeeze each other tightly, savoring the moment as if it were our first hug. Although held in his arms and wrapped in his love, my heart feels completely free.Becoming one in marriage with my husband has not limited me, but liberated me! Each time he reaffirms his love for me in his words or actions, I stand in awe of how someone could love me so much. I don’t deserve it.But in the security of his love my critical mind and doubts disappear. My husband’s love sets me free. Not that I was imprisoned before, but now I have an unmistakable picture of how God truly sees me. Many days I would try and please my Creator. I would strive to earn His love. But now I understand … I am free to be myself. I am free to pursue the dreams on my heart. I am free to live. I am free to run. I am free to experience all that God has for me.Within love’s safety net there is complete trust. Even in my imperfections there is redemption, grace, and reconciliation. I know my husband will not abandon me.There are times of closeness, when we sway and move in rhythm, wrapping our arms around each other. There are times of distance, when he spins me out and I twirl around, with my dress blowing in the wind. There is freedom to have space and to be embraced. But we are always moving in unity, dancing to the beat of freedom.Throughout our first year of marriage I can remember countless times where my husband’s love lifted me out of my sadness and loneliness. His comforting words and reassuring hugs were exactly what I needed to get me through this season of change. I cried too many tears and never once was did he tell me to get a hold of myself or push me away. His love brought me near, but also gave me time to process all that was going on in my heart. Together and apart, up and down, near and far. Love never fails.Within the bounds of love I have found freedom.I stand in awe.

JulHere’s a prime example of “Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus.” It is offered by an English professor from the University of Colorado as an actual class assignment:
A creative writing professor told his class one day: “Today we will experiment with a new form called the tandem story….

Julfor Ariel (The Little Mermaid)

i totally like or should i say LOVE Disney’s The Little Mermaid. surprise. surprise. would you believe i watched the movie trilogy several times?? lol (and yeah, my background music right now is the movie’s OST Part of Your World) hehe.
anyway, hear me out first before you start thinking that i’m acting all twelve-year old…
contrary to what i’ve been showing elsewhere, i’ve been having several bad days now and whenever i lock myself in my room, all i want to do is to watch feel-good movies and tv shows or play down right Plants vs zombies ( i also like their background song). feel-good; meaning anything that can make me smile or laugh and the little mermaid definitely brings that to me. and although what i have right now is the worst of both worlds (rather than ariel’s best), i can’t help but be in a good mood after having a good laugh.
other than cheesy movies, here are the things that uplifts my mood big time:
1. watching any movie that has a MERMAID in it (H20, aquamarine, she creature…)
2. mah hubby, abi making lambing
3. being with my dogs
4. reading books (any book as long as its a good read) ^_^
5. getting a makeover
6. hitting the bed after working for hours
7. compliments
8. having coffee/tea or just about anything with abi
9. SHOPPING!
serious mood killers:
1. phone ringing with the caller: Ginalyn Dahildahil (Enhance Visa Services)
2. Article dues fast approaching
3. text message from a person i really don’t care about
4. waiting!
5. hearing someone say to me: “all eyes are on you.” (makes me feel like i’m an escaped convict!)
i dunno, call me coward — but i don’t fancy dealing with all the negativities as of now. i need all the mood lifters that i could get or i’ll give everyone a hoedown throw down. LOL

Julthe 2nd best

i never forgot what my guy friend told me before about his ex: that she still teases him about me and that she does that as if SHE IS WAY BETTER THAN ME. i was shocked. i’ve always wanted to be friends with her and i know that she has a mean bone sometimes, but treating herself as if she was better than anyone? that was beyond i expected. first of all, i will never date my friend. secondly, she’s an ex already why does she keep on insulting the girls he’s with! i want my guy friend to be truly happy and i told him that i’m here to support him now that his mind suddenly went on hiatus with all the decision-making.
the girl’s remark got me thinking on what it takes to be the best for someone. what’s the basis of anyone commenting that they are better than someone? looks? financial status? car model? level of kindness? generosity? job description? …i admit i do that sometimes as well, telling to myself that i am better than my ex’s new girl, or that i am better than our class valedictorian, etc. etc. and i’d be a hyprocrite if i say that i don’t base it on looks and grades. however, i’ve only done it on those scenarios. for everything else, i can never say that i am better than anyone. not because i am a nice person, but because i can’t really think of anything i am good at.
my then-boyfriend asked me once: “what’s your talent?” and i paused thinking. i love to read, i am anal in proof-reading articles, i blog, used to join academic debates, i like dancing, volleyball and poetry. the list can go on and on but neither of them can pass as a talent. a talent is an activity that you are exceptionally good at, and i am not a poetry genious nor a professional blogger. back in my school days i am very active in extra curricular activities, but most of them are academic contests. don’t get me wrong, i am an above average student but definitely not a science or math whiz. i don’t play any musical instrument and not engaged in any rough sport. i am good at several things, but my skills are NOT exceptional.
having said that, should i come to the conclusion that i may only be second-best to everything?
— nag-iinarte mode, pardon my blog entry tonight.. lol —
